Fig, Peach and Cheese Crostinis

This appetizer is super easy and delicious. It is also a recipe anyone can make for a carry-in, a gourmet dinner party or even a Saturday afternoon picnic!

Ingredients

  • 12 thinly sliced crostini rounds
  • Traders Point Creamery Brick Street Tomme (may use any bold or sharp cheese)
  • Fig preserves (or any other preserve you like)
  • ripe peaches
  • Dried figs

Preparation

Spread the cheese on the crostini and layer the other ingredients to your liking.

Serve with a white wine, crisp apple cider or even a nice bourbon cocktail.
