Edible Indy has created a unique opportunity for Hoosiers to learn about some of the logistics and needs of starting a food business in Indiana. This event will encourage both individuals and businesses to attend and participate an interactive day-long workshop that will both educate and encourage entrepreneurs. The mission of this event is to create a connection between two parties resulting in a business relationship and to increase the health of the Indiana economy with local food concepts.  

The event includes three panel discussion with influential business owners, guest speakers (sponsors and others), breakout sessions, local noshes, beverages and more.
